The short version — because you're hungry.

We typically serve from 11:00 AM until we sell out or the posted closing time. Lunch runs are usually 11–2, dinner runs 5–9. Check the schedule above for specific hours each day.

We take both! Cards, cash, and most mobile payments. Small bills are always appreciated when the line is long.

Right now, we're walk-up only. But call or DM us ahead and we'll have your order ready when you arrive.

Yes! We do private events on Saturdays and some weekday evenings. Send us a message below with your date and we'll get back to you within a day.
